This tutorial covers how to manage Kiosk users by configuring team member profiles and setting or resetting their 4-digit security PINs so they can securely log into the shared-device Kiosk App for accurate jobsite clock-in/out and time tracking.

Prerequisites

  • BuilderPal Pro subscription (Kiosk App is a Pro feature)

  • Admin (GC), Team Business Manager, Team Finance Manager, or Team Supervisor role

  • Team members already added to your company or project

Steps

  1. Navigate to Team Office — From the left sidebar in your project or company dashboard, click Team Office.

  2. Open Team Members — Under the Team Admin section, click Team Members to view your full team list.

  3. Select the team member — Click the name of the user whose kiosk access you want to manage.

  4. Set or reset the security PIN — In the team member profile, locate the Security PIN field and enter (or update) a 4-digit PIN that the user will use to log in to the Kiosk App.

  5. Save the profile — Click Save to apply the changes and make the new PIN active for the Kiosk App.

Confirmation

You’ll know it worked when the team member can open the BuilderPal Kiosk App on the shared device, select their profile from the list, enter the new 4-digit PIN, and successfully clock in or out.
